In case of rare gemstones / custom sourcing — additional time may be required.
Customers will be informed prior to dispatch.
2. Shipping Locations

7. Damage, Loss, or Tampering During Transit
All shipments are packed securely before dispatch.
However, if a package appears:

- Opened
- Tampered
- Broken during transit
Customers must:
- Take photos / videos of the package & product immediately
- Do not discard packaging materials
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Each case will be reviewed individually.
Final resolution will depend on:

- Packaging condition evidence
- Nature of the product
Gemstones are natural materials and minor surface variations or inclusions are not treated as damage.
8. No Delivery Guarantee Based on Astrology / Purpose
If gemstones are purchased for:
- Astrology or planetary remedies
- Healing or spiritual practices
- Energy balance or emotional wellbeing
Delivery delays or timing do not carry outcome significance and cannot be associated with results or expectations.
9. In-Store Pickup Option
Customers may also choose:
- Self-pickup from our store
Pickup timing will be coordinated based on:
- Store working hours
- Product availability
